The Storm Bridge Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving as a bridge of hope, opportunity, and transformation for individuals in need of a fresh start. Guided by our core values of dignity, empowerment, second chances, sustainability, community, and integrity, we provide transitional housing, life skills training, and holistic support for formerly incarcerated individuals, displaced veterans and youth .

We believe that stable housing is the foundation for rebuilding lives, but our mission goes beyond shelter. Through our programs—Bridge Forward for youth and veterans, as well as ConNext for formerly incarcerated adults—we equip participants with the tools to thrive, including workforce development, wealth management education, mental health resources, and mentorship.
